"We had a fantastic weekend and the place was lovely. Communication was good as we did have to contact staycations a few times as a few things weren’t right. Unfortunately we were sent the wrong lock code and then were sent 3 more different ones but communication was quick. The oven didn’t work but the owner did communicate with us quickly. We were promised a small refund which the owner assures me she will pay tomorrow. I am hoping this happens. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to stay with a group of friends as it’s lovely and such a great place to relax and spend time with friends or family. Thank you" AirBnB

Amazing garden with stunning lake views and lots of garden games plus a hot tub to relax in. It's c20 mins drive into Bristol and Uber is available from the house. Staycation helped me book the perfect property for a group of 15, they were very clear on all the details of their properties and proactively flagged these details to make sure they were appropriate for us. Charles was very responsive and made the booking process quick and easy. The house keeper took the time to make sure we knew exactly how everything worked and that we had everything we needed for the stay, she's also available any time if there are any issues."

"I recently hired out Kingsley Paddocks for my Sister's Hen weekend. From the start Charles was so accommodating and very easy to contact regarding our stay. He let us check in 2hours earlier to decorate the house, met us at the property, promptly answered any queries we had via email (even at 7am), sorted out any minor problem we had during our stay and left us with a large hamper of treats including 4 bottles of prosecco! Prior to arrival we had a detailed description of the property including local restautants, walks and in house catering details. The properly was fabulous for our weekend and the views breath taking! I was contacted on the day of departure to return my deposit which was promptly returned to me! It couldn't have gone any better and THANK YOU!
