"Perfect stag trip weekend. Our stay at Kingsley Lake View was perfect. Excellent location overlooking the lake and only 20 minutes from Bristol, great facilities (hot tub, pool table, badminton), and good communication with Staycation Holidays. The beds were comfortable and the living areas were clean and well-equipped. I heard from a couple of the guys that the shower closest to the front door was either too hot or too cold and they had to use the other two showers, but this was our only issue. All in all, a memorable stay and a perfect location for a stag do."

"The weekend was incredible. Thank you so much for your part in it."

2021-08-04 Vicky A, London

"Kingsley Lake View was so much better than expected (and the pictures). We were all blown away as soon as we walked through the door and saw out onto the garden and beyond. The kitchen area is superb and has everything you could possibly need, there was 14 of us and the space was just perfect. Being so remote was a must for us, being a hen do!! The sound system was great and with the outdoor speakers it was a party house with no neighbours to worry about! I didn't meet the host (did have some text conversations) but did meet her friend who was lovely. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend this house and also would love to come back. Thank you."

"Kingsley Lake View was the perfect place for our party of 16. The photos don't do it justice. The views are outstanding and the local area is beautiful. Staycation was always on the other end of the phone and happily provided us tips. We hardly needed to leave the house all weekend. It's well stocked, has a good garden area, comfortable bedrooms and spacious communal areas. And of course there's the hot tub. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.."

The house comfortably slept our group of 15 and the property is just incredible. Modern design and in pristine condition, perfectly kitted out to cater for large groups. Amazing garden with stunning lake views and lots of garden games plus a hot tub to relax in. It's c20 mins drive into Bristol and Uber is available from the house. Staycation Holidays helped me book the perfect property for a group of 15, they were very clear on all the details of their properties and proactively flagged these details to make sure they were appropriate for us. Charles and Lin at Staycation Holidays were very responsive and made the booking process quick and easy. The housekeeper took the time to make sure we knew exactly how everything worked and that we had everything we needed for the stay, she's also available any time if there are any issues. "

"I recently hired out Kingsley Lake View for my Sister's Hen weekend. From the start Charles was so accommodating and very easy to contact regarding our stay. He let us check in 2 hours earlier to decorate the house, met us at the property, promptly answered any queries we had via email (even at 7am), sorted out any minor problems we had during our stay and left us with a large hamper of treats including 4 bottles of prossecco! Prior to arrival we had a detailed description of the property including local restaurants, walks and in house catering details. The property was fabulous for our weekend and the views breath taking! I was contacted on the day of departure to return my deposit which was promptly returned to me! It couldn't have gone any better and THANK YOU! Will definitely be recommending Staycation to all my friends."
