This villa, aptly named Searenity, is an immaculately interior designed, modern villa in a new gated development. Searenity comes with its own private pool and has amazing sea views. The villa sleeps 10 people very comfortably - it is spacious and has 4 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. There is also a cinema room with a sofa bed. The layout of the villa takes in the sea view as soon as you step inside.
Westmoreland Hills is a brand new gated development centrally located on Barbados’ west coast, consisting of 48 luxury private homes. The complex has a large communal swimming pool and a gym with crisp new appliances, for those interested in getting some exercise in. Female and male shower and changing rooms are also available.
Each villa has two parking spaces but additional parking can be found just behind the dedicated parking area in front of the Recreational Facility.
The entire development is well maintained with paved avenues, exterior lighting and excellent landscaping. The views are stunning and the two entrances are both gated, providing a sense of security.
The villa also comes with membership to the Fairmont Beach Club. Just 2 minutes down the road. Parking, sun beds, water sports, restaurant facilities all available within the membership. Making your stay super easy & relaxing. The acclaimed Royal Westmoreland golf course is also opposite the villa.

Searenity is a 6 minute drive from secluded Gibbes Beach, 7 minutes' drive from Mullins Beach and a 10 minute drive takes you to Paynes Bay Beach.
Speightstown is 12 minutes away by car, and has a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Holetown is just 4 km from Westmoreland Hills, where you will find some of the best restaurants on the Island together with plenty of local and designer shopping - luxury lifestyle centre, Limegrove, where guests can enjoy duty free shopping and a variety of restaurants.
There is an excellent selection of beach bars and restaurants within a short drive. Here are some of our tried and recommended eating spots. Please book ahead:
Little Bristol Beach Bar, Speightstown (11 minute drive). We have only enjoyed amazing cocktails and sundowners here. Food is supposed to be good though. Great music, atmosphere, friendly staff and reasonable prices
Jumas, Alleynes Bay (6 minute drive). A lovely restaurant overlooking the sea, with superb food and sundowners.
Fisherman's Pub, Speightstown (11 minute drive). Fabulous and affordable authentic Bajan dishes served cafeteria style in a relaxed and casual setting. Can dine on the deck with ocean views
Fish Pot, Clinketts (14 minute drive). Fantastic restaurant overlooking the sea. The menu is varied with an emphasis on fresh seafood.
Sea Shed Restaurant, Mullins (7 minute drive). Great beach surroundings, friendly and helpful staff. The food was lovely. Good place for cocktails, lunch and dinner.
Bombas Beach Bar, Mullins (8 minute drive). Amazing views, great food. Small portions!
The Lone Star (6 minute drive) was once an idyllically-placed petrol station, but now it’s a stellar seafood restaurant and cocktail bar on the beach.
John Moore’s rum shack (5 minute drive) is the locals’ hangout of choice.
La Cabane, Batts Rock Beach (18 minute drive). True beach chic – A place to relax all day, fabulous for lunch, cocktails and dinner under the stars.
Dina’s Bar & Cafe, Bathsheba (30 minute drive). Great restaurant to visit when exploring this side of the island. Fabulous for Sunday lunch, great views and service.
Grantley Adams International Airport is 30km away; that’s a 40-minute drive on the island 's highways.
