That’s where we come in. Staycation Holidays Limited is a family-run, full-service, holiday lettings agency. It is our job to rent out your property safely and securely on your behalf.

Where we differ from other companies is that we are selective in how many properties we take on in a specific area. This eliminates concerns about direct competition from a similar property in our portfolio in the same area as well as enabling us to achieve maximum occupancy for your property.

We only take quality properties, unlike many agents who are not so discriminating, so you can be assured that your property will be amongst a high-end portfolio.

A further difference is that we ensure that you always come first whilst we market your property:

Rental Income

Again, we are different – we are open to you using a secondary agent, as well as utilising your property for personal use. Presently many holiday lettings companies only succeed in achieving occupancy for the easily achievable seasons which do not require a lot of effort, the peak seasons of Half-Terms, Easter and Summer Holidays, Christmas and New Year. Staycation Holidays are dedicated to ensuring that you receive maximum occupancy throughout all seasons, prioritising your property in shoulder and off-peak periods, as well as during the high seasons.

Many of our property owners already generate an income by renting out their properties either through other agents or through their friends. We are happy to work alongside this, we only ask that you allow us to price your property at the same rates as your other avenues.

All of this can help you to significantly offset your property’s operating costs, such as maintenance and upkeep, as well as helping to fund special projects or renovations.

Guests find Staycation Holidays through online searches. That’s why we’ve put so much effort into creating our website, ensuring the customer uses the site as a reference point. Our website features the latest technology and web tools. Our new branding is instantly identifiable. Google Analytics tracks all activity, including the number of visitors that each cottage attracts. Our site is fully mobile-friendly, and easily accommodates prospective Guests who search for holiday properties using hand-held devices and tablets.

Visitors to our site are also encouraged to join our mailing list, ensuring that they are first in line to take advantage of properties new to the rental market or special property discounts.

We have a well-developed digital marketing programme which includes content development for the website and a blog, an ongoing SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) programme to ensure our website has a high organic ranking, and strong social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter.

As well as press advertising and featuring in property reviews, we also from time to time engage in Exhibitions and Shows.

Owner Zone

Our Owners have secure access to their own online ‘Owner Zone’ to view all bookings (confirmed and provisional), run income and booking reports, view customer feedback and compare their bookings to other properties. Through our ‘Home Owners Club’, Owners can claim discounts on useful goods and services, such as furnishings and toiletries.

Teamwork & Personal Service

Owners do have minor responsibilities during each rental period, which we are happy to discuss with you. We work together as a team to ensure your property is occupied, and that your Guests are happy and thoroughly enjoy their Staycation.

Staycation Holidays is committed to providing you with convenient, stress-free holiday rental management at an affordable price and provide professional photography and copywriting services free of charge. We are a new company headed up by Charles Millward who brings over 25 years of experience in the holiday rental market in the UK. Charles spent over 8 years as CEO of one of the UK’s leading holiday lettings companies and has vast experience in how to maximise occupancy for both big and small properties. And with new owners joining us every day, we continue to focus on expanding our presence and investing in the Staycation Holidays brand.

Rental Fee

We charge a fixed fee from 12.5% of the rent paid by your guests. There is no joining/registration fee. We only earn a fee when we generate a booking for you.
