Our charming converted threshing barn comprises two cosy cottages situated on a peaceful rural farm in the East Devon countryside. The landscape here is truly amazing with numerous countryside walks from the doorstep and the Devon coast is within easy reach. The cottages offer wonderful open plan spaces, fabulous welcome hampers and cosy wood burners for relaxing nights in. As each cottage welcomes two-well behaved dogs, they’re the perfect choice for giving your pooch some much-needed winter exercise!.

Quietly nestled in the heart of the Shropshire Hills AONB, The Oaks not only has a wonderfully cosy atmosphere inside but a breathtaking winter landscape outside. Cook up hearty meals on the beautiful Aga range after exploring the excellent walks on the National Trust’s Long Mynd Estate across the road. Then lose the children to the games room and TV snug while the adults settle in by the log burner to snooze it all off.

"This has been the most lovely place to spend Christmas with our family. Thank you for the warm welcome and even a decorated tree! We ran up Caer Caradoc on Christmas morning ("ran" might be a bit of an exaggeration) in bright sunshine with dinner cooking in the Aga. Perfection!
