And, despite back-to-back booking success, the owners have not been resting on their laurels! The amazing luxury barn conversion has seen some amazing updates in 2015.
 

Feeling that their guests should be able to enjoy all their facilities all year round, the owners decided to put a lid on their wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub. Did I say lid? You’ll be blown away by the beautiful bespoke oak frame, skillfully designed to seamlessly integrate with the barn’s architecture. Complete with sustainable features and plenty of glass to bring the outdoors in while you’re taking a dip. It’s going to look even better with age – well don’t we all?
 

There have been some other fantastic goings-on at Henfield Barn this year, with two new additions to the beautiful exterior. Earlier in the year, the luxury self-catering barn welcomed a beautiful wooden horse sculpture to graze in the landscaped grounds.
 

 
And in October, another new family member popped up – Paddington Shaun. From his unveiling at London’s Paddington Station in the summer, Paddington Shaun is one of 120 giant sculptures of Shaun the Sheep. Launched for ‘Shaun in the City’, two unique charity arts trails across Bristol and London raising funds for sick children in hospitals across the UK.

Henfield’s owners couldn’t resist him when he went under the hammer in a grand auction and he has now ventured to pastures new to make his home at Henfield Barn. A top choice for him and a delight for guests.
 
I wonder if he took the train? After all, our luxury self-catering spa break is just 4 miles from the nearest train station and benefits from easy access, being within convenient reach of both the M4 and M5 motorways.
