Fire up a game of family doubles on the all-weather tennis court or amble in the five acres of beautiful gardens. They’re a treasure, with topiary and sculptures, two ponds and a unique Islamic pavilion providing a fascinating focal point at its centre.
Set in the heart of an AONB, Kingham is a beautiful village with stunning scenery to walk or cycle. It has a thriving community and two of the best country pubs in the UK, The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit within walking distance. Or stroll to the smartest farm shop in England, Daylesford, for organic vegetables, a great cappuccino or a spot of yoga.
The area is rich in history and the location is ideal for exploring the towns and villages of the beautiful Cotswolds region. The ancient market towns of Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh, the pretty medieval town of Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water, known as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’, and the quintessential English village of Broadway, are all within easy reach and make a great day out.
